We have developed production lines with a number of clients including cooling tracks to cool wheel sets when hot pressed.
A general requirement in depots is for pit boards or plates. We supply bespoke and standard covers.
We designed and installed a high pressure water spray frame to check locomotives and carriages for leaks.
We have a full engineering design capacity. Generally we use Solid Works which means we can supply 3D images with the ability to rotate.
We have in house 3D printing and regularly supply samples. We use this facility to make parts as well. We can fabricate one off samples and can machine most parts in house.
We offer machining and fabricating for both one off, small batch and volume requirements.
We have regular repeat orders from around the world. So far we have been able to compete for and complete orders.
