DPMS Design
We have a full engineering design capacity, enabling us to support projects from concept through to production. Our team offers expertise in both mechanical design and control systems, ensuring a seamless integration of form and function. We utilise SolidWorks as our primary design platform, a powerful tool for creating highly detailed 3D models and assemblies. Through our online viewer, clients can interact with their designs in real time—viewing products in 3D, rotating them, and examining every angle to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. This collaborative approach allows for quick feedback and design modifications, reducing development time and improving end-product quality.
Whether it’s a prototype or a production-ready assembly, we are committed to delivering innovative, precise, and manufacturable solutions. We have access to scanning if we there is a requirement to adapt or develop an existing product. We have the software and expertise to produce structural assessments and undertake life cycle evaluations.
We treat design as a distinct activity and do undertake design only contracts. Clients can the take control of the manufacturing process at any stage they wish.
DESIGN
We have a full engineering design capacity. Generally we use Solid Works which means we can supply 3D images with the ability to rotate.
PROTOTYPE
We have in house 3D printing and regularly supply samples. We use this facility to make parts as well. We can fabricate one off samples and can machine most parts in house.
MANUFACTURE
We offer machining and fabricating for both one off, small batch and volume requirements.
SUPPLY
We have regular repeat orders from around the world. So far we have been able to compete for and complete orders.
