Innovation and Output
Design, Prototype, Manufacture and Supply Limited (DPMS) offer a complete service for the development of products from concept through prototyping to volume production. Uniquely a client can take back their product at any time.
DPMS Design
Our approach is flexible and relaxed. We work in partnership to bring engineering skills to an innovator. Our experience in products developed have ranged from remote controlled machinery (for de-mining, drilling and lifting in nuclear facilities) through special purpose machinery in small and large manufacturing to small valves for domestic applications. We are primarily mechanical engineers but do offer an electronic product design consultancy. We can rapid prototype or manufacture in house working samples.
We do give guidance and introductions for grant applications and the protection of Intellectual Property (IP).
We are an active innovator and producer of our own products and do own patents. We have an international business manufacturing and selling DPMS items.
DESIGN
We have a full engineering design capacity. Generally we use Solid Works which means we can supply 3D images with the ability to rotate.
PROTOTYPE
We have in house 3D printing and regularly supply samples. We use this facility to make parts as well. We can fabricate one off samples and can machine most parts in house.
MANUFACTURE
We offer machining and fabricating for both one off, small batch and volume requirements.
SUPPLY
We have regular repeat orders from around the world. So far we have been able to compete for and complete orders.
