Manufacturing and Design
Working from a concept, a need, a drawing, a sample or a conversation we can (and have) produced patentable products to sell worldwide.
Design projects have ranged from remote controlled de-mining units to small cutters. From our engineering roots we have learned the skills of project cost control. Our international sales experience gives us a clear insight into the need for the best product for the money.We can usually produce and commission what we design. We supply small machines, parts and consumables. We understand quality. We are after all the official producer of Unalock the fail proof fastener where “Failure is not an option”.
DESIGN
We have a full engineering design capacity. Generally we use Solid Works which means we can supply 3D images with the ability to rotate.
PROTOTYPE
We have in house 3D printing and regularly supply samples. We use this facility to make parts as well. We can fabricate one off samples and can machine most parts in house.
MANUFACTURE
We offer machining and fabricating for both one off, small batch and volume requirements.
SUPPLY
We have regular repeat orders from around the world. So far we have been able to compete for and complete orders.
