About the project

DPMS manufacture an automated train radiator cleaning machine. It is deployed from a platform adjacent to the radiator. 

A robot cleaning head is aligned with the radiator using a laser alignment tool. Once set up the cleaning heads and a water recycling tray move out to meet the radiator and the machine cycles through a soaking cycle and a hot pressure wash. The unit has a choice of washing cycles and can be programmed for a range of radiators.
