Automating rotation of wheelsets makes life a lot easier for operators and increases output as they service and build wheelsets. Battery powered (12v) so no wiring needed and easy to relocate. Fitted with a flying lead on the foot pedal. This can be positioned wherever needed. Fitted with a high current solenoid switch. Incorporates a low voltage battery protector – this gives an automatic 5 second delay as the unit checks for sufficient voltage. This extends battery life. Stops immediately after releasing the foot switch. Speed of rotation can be varied or set to a specific speed as specified.

Where there is a requirement to rotate stored wheelsets at intervals (daily, monthly, bi-monthly) systems can be set to do that. Rotators can be banked in sets to cover large stocks.

We can accommodate bogies on a larger frame with the same technology.
